TestWorks (Scotland) Ltd acquires the business of Quality Precision Electronics Ltd, expanding service offerings and strengthening market position

March 2025 – [Fife, Scotland] – TestWorks (Scotland) Ltd, a leading provider of end-to-end electronics design, manufacture and testing, has announced the successful acquisition of the business of Quality Precision Electronics Ltd, a well-established PCB manufacturer based in Fife. The combined entity has changed its name to QPE Ltd.

This strategic acquisition will enable both businesses to share knowledge and best-practice in order to even further enhance their services, technologies and solutions to customers across the UK and wider markets.
