We wanted to share a brief update on current electronics market conditions and what they mean for your supply chain, to enable you to make informed decisions that secure your manufacturing in 2026 and beyond.
The market continues to face ongoing shortages, rising component prices, and extended lead times, driven largely by sustained demand from AI, automotive, and industrial sectors. Unfortunately, this pressure is expected to continue over the coming months.

At the same time, global capacity is increasingly being allocated to AI-related production, which is impacting availability across other component categories and contributing to longer and less predictable lead times.
We are also seeing real-time volatility in the market, particularly in memory and analog components, where pricing and availability can change within days.

To reduce risk and maintain continuity of supply, we strongly recommend:
Forecasting requirements as early as possible
Submitting RFQs well in advance
Securing stock and pricing proactively wherever possible
Taking action early will help mitigate the impact of further price increases and potential supply disruptions.
